• 4.3The user is solely responsible for the final use, publication, and legal compliance of any generated content.

• 5.1Instastudio offers subscription plans with monthly usage limits.
• 5.2Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
• 5.3Users may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals, but no refunds are provided for the current billing period, which remains active until its expiration.
• 5.4No partial or full refunds are issued for unused time or credits.

Users may not use Instastudio to generate or distribute illegal, fraudulent, harmful, discriminatory, violent, or rights-infringing content.

• 7.1Instastudio retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology.
• 7.2Users retain rights to their uploaded content and to the generated outputs for personal or commercial use.
• 7.3Instastudio does not guarantee exclusivity of generated content, and similar results may be produced for other users.
• 7.4Users represent that they have sufficient rights to any content they upload to the platform.

Instastudio shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service, service interruptions, data loss, or decisions made based on generated content.

Instastudio may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website and will become effective upon publication.

Instastudio may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may request account cancellation at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Company operates.
